Wednesday night’s rehearsal was a resounding success! 28 grade-schoolers joined the big-kid choir and 10 younger kids enjoyed music fun with Christa. With four rehearsals remaining, there is still time to join! Remember, you don’t have to attend the Lenten dinners to participate. Email your interest in participating to Christa Schmeelk, Director of Family Ministry, so we can send you the music and have lyric sheets ready. We love little voices!

This Wednesday, Warm Up with Soup and Chili
We had an amazing turn out for the first Lenten Dinner. 158 people chew-chewed on pasta, garlic bread, and salad provided by Children’s Ministry. Let’s continue the momentum at next Wednesday’s meal on March 11. Warm up with soup and chili provided by the Bethel Students.
Meals begins at 5:30 and are followed by a 30 minute devotion ending at 6:45. Please RSVP by the Monday before the dinner so we can plan food accordingly. See you then!

The family prayer warriors will meet in the Conference Room during the Sunday School hour 9:50-10:35am: March 8, April 5, May 3. Come to one or more meetings and invite anyone who might be interested.

Stop Spreading Those Germs!
While we like to share our lives with our church family, we’d rather not share viruses. There are two new hand sanitizer stations located in the lobby and the Gathering Place. The pews have been re-stocked with hand sanitizers and tissues.
Also, feel free to refrain from hand shaking. We can express our care for each other through fist- or elbow-bumps until the virus threat has passed. Lets all stay healthy!
Graceland Small Group Night – THIS WEEK!
Wednesday, March 11 | 7:00-8:30pm

There will be snacks for everyone! Check out the flyers below or contact Ezrah Schmeelk, Director of Student Ministry at eschmeelk@myfpc.org with questions.
March Mission Focus – Outreach for World Hope
OWH has been working in Guatemala since 2005 to save the lives of starving children through sponsorship, while at the same time providing pathways out of poverty through education and sustainable agriculture programs. OWH will be the focus throughout March and will end on “Sponsorship Sunday” March 22. Prayerfully consider sponsoring a child over the next few weeks and perhaps be prepared to make a commitment at the end of this month. If you’d like more information, email Sue Truitt of the Mission Team at sueschool246@gmail.com.
