Welcome, Matt Bauer-Yeun!
The Session is happy to announce that Matt Bauer-Yuen has been officially hired as our new Videographer and Video Editor. Matt has already started his onboard process and we’ve been blessed to have a little overlapping time between Matt and our outgoing Videographer Joseph Berggren. We thank Joseph for all of his help during the last several months. He has done a wonderful job helping FPC produce professional online services for our congregation each week. Like Joseph, Matt will be working in a part time capacity (15-20 hours/week) and his main focus will be helping with the production of our online services. Matt continues a job as a video storyteller with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship in Madison.

HOLY WEEK OPPORTUNITIES
Wake Up & Worship during Indoor Worship
Wake Up & Worship (for kids 4K through 6th grade) begins next Sunday, March 28 at 10am during the worship service. If you would like your child to attend, you will need to sign up in advance. We are limiting spots to 20 kids. Children will enter and exit the church building from the education wing door. (The south entrance.) We are not able to have families walking through the building before or after service. The same covid-conscious guidelines for indoor worship apply for children’s programming.
Maundy Thursday and Good Friday
Online Devotions for All Ages
These on-demand videos, similar to our online worship services, will be made available for viewing on Thursday, April 1 and Friday April 2 on the FPC website. Check back for details.
New this year for kids…the Easter Trail
For the first time at FPC, Children’s Ministry is offering the Easter Trail! You can experience the Easter story–from Palm Sunday to Jesus’ resurrection–in a whole new way. On Saturday, April 3rd between 11 and 12 your family will drive the Easter Trail and stop at multiple stations around the FPC parking lot for treats and the Easter story!
We are planning for around 75 kids to come through the trail. Want to help? Click here to purchase items from our Amazon wish list that we will use at this event. If you are interested in volunteering at one of the Easter story stations, use the sign up button below. We are looking forward to making this a great event for the kids, families, and volunteers!
Our Daily Bread is Available
The new issues of Our Daily Bread have been delivered. They are in a plastic tote at the front of the church under the portico on the right side as you face the church. The large print version is now also available!. Stop to pick up one for your house anytime!
Stephen Ministry
We know the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted everyone—raising the level of fear, stress, and anxiety for people all over the world and underscoring the importance of caring ministry. As a Stephen Ministry congregation, we equip and empower lay caregivers to provide high-quality, confidential, Christ-centered care. Our commitment to this ministry is extremely important during these uncertain times.
If you, or someone you know, could benefit from this ministry, contact the church office.
