Today is called Epiphany in the church calendar; the12th day of Christmas, the day the wise men found the baby Jesus.
According to the dictionary, the word epiphany is defined as the point when you suddenly become conscious of something that is very important to you. It is your “ah ha!” moment
That is what the wise men in Matthew felt when they found the baby Jesus in Bethlehem. Matthew said, "When they saw the star, they were overjoyed. On coming to the house, they saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him.”
Discovering who Jesus is to you, asking him to be in your heart and life is the biggest epiphany anyone can have. If you haven’t opened the doors of your heart and life to him, do it today!
